Payment
- We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as cheque,money orders or cash.
- We are unable to add items to orders that have already been paid for. Once an order is paid for, it goes directly to our shipping department.

Shipping rates
Warehouse located in Toronto,Canada. We do combine shipping for multiple purchases. We offer free shpping for orders over $60 within Canada and U.S. Please check the detail information on shipping info page for the shipping rates.
Shipping method
Your package is usually shipped within two business days of cleared payment.
Domestic shipments are via Canada Post letter mail or regular parcel, with estimated 2-7 day delivery. US shipments are via Canada Post letter mail or light packet US, with estimated 5-15 days. International shipments are via Canada Post international letter mail or light packet post (please note that while estimated delivery dates are 5-10 days, our experience is that some packages takes 10-30 days due to customs and the international climate)
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Please contact us to arrange the return of any item within 14 days. We do not accept returns after one month.
- Goods returned must be in their original condition.
- Shipping fees are not refundable for these items.
- Refunds will be made using the Paypal refund, or by our company check.
